Renovation due diligence
Targeted investigations on the elements that decide your scope — chimney breasts, floor structure, roof voids, drainage and external rendered walls.
Party wall matters
Party wall notices, schedules of condition and party wall awards under the Party Wall etc. Act 1996 for both building and adjoining owners.
Defect diagnosis
Crack monitoring, damp tracing, timber decay assessments and movement reports where you need a clear answer before specification.

Are your surveyors RICS-regulated?
Yes. Our surveying work is led by RICS-regulated chartered surveyors, with reports issued under their professional indemnity.
Can you act as the adjoining owner’s surveyor?
Yes. We act for either building owner or adjoining owner under the Party Wall etc. Act 1996 and can also act as agreed surveyor where both parties consent.
